Boise Cutthroats FC (Idaho) take on San Juan FC (Utah) in the second qualifying round for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. The U.S. Open Cup is the oldest national soccer tournament giving clubs from around the nation an opportunity to compete against the top teams in U.S. Soccer. The knock out style tournament dates back to 1914 and for the first time in history a qualifying match will be held in Boise, Idaho. Boise Cutthroats FC and San Juan FC both compete in the United Premier Soccer League and have hosted a long list of highly competitive matches.
